What Valentica is
Valentica provides credit-analytics tools for European sub-investment-grade debt: a deterministic forecast engine, provenance-tagged company data, and a design-partner programme. The public site and API are an early product surface, not a regulated credit rating or investment recommendation.
Not advice
Nothing on this site — including worked-example dossiers, forecast tables, covenant headroom, or stress scenarios — is investment, credit, legal, or tax advice. Figures may be illustrative, derived from public filings, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.
Accounts
If you register an account you must provide a valid email and a password you keep confidential. You may not attempt to access other users’ accounts, bypass rate limits, or abuse the captcha or API. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Design-partner programme
Submitting the design-partner form is a request for access, not a guarantee of admission or a commercial contract. We may accept or decline requests at our discretion and will contact you using the email you provide.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond ordinary use of the public pages and documented API.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
- Do not use the service to generate content you present as an official rating agency opinion.
Intellectual property
The Valentica name, site design, software, and documentation are owned by the operator. Public company financials remain the property of their respective issuers; we sell derived analytics, not a copy of any source database.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valentica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or API. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
